Girls - you HAVE to check out this jacket

*

I'm jumping on here for two seconds to say, wow, I love the new Whitley Kros collection at the website!

I've actually been "wowing" over it for a few weeks now...

What really grabbed my attention this morning though is this oh-so-cute jacket:

Cameroon Jacket (Oliver) - exclusive to the web!

Besides the fact that it's 51 degrees outside my window and the jacket could come in VERY handy right now, I love that style and those cute buttons.

I know I've mentioned this before but I just have to say once again, the sales items at the Whitley Store can't be beat...

Girls: you don't need to complain about not having money to buy designer (not to mention eclectic, well-traveled and unique) fashion anymore...the muse of Whitley Kros has got you covered! Check out the awesome discounts of anywhere between 50-70% off...

Case in point:

Regent Jacket

Marked down by more than 50%...

My traveling muse is definitely hooking us girls up!

Back from the dead!

Dead? Well far from it.

But my blog was temporarily dead for one month while I went off on other exploits...

Such as the Bahamas:

Isn't that two-tone water just gorgeous?

Then again, the array of colors that explode throughout the Whitley Kros collection are also equally gorgeous!

There is quite a bit happening in the world of my wondrous Whitley!

For instance, I'm sooooo jazzed that we're now being given a sneak peak at the Fall '09 collection, which was on display at the Miauhaus Studio on La Brea (I used to live right near there; this makes me miss LA):

Also, I'm not the only lover of Whitley - for the record, there's quite a large following out there! Yay! In fact, there's a 13 yr old named Keren that has an awesome fashion blog, at which she dedicated a posting to my traveling muse... check out Teh Style Memo.

Okay that's it for right now... I need to get caught up on other things... like plotting out where Whitley is at on the map... According to my sources, it's Eastern Europe.... Hmmmm....

HOT New Merchandise ALERT!

So I visited my favorite online store today and look what I found:

Ahhhh...it's uber-cute. I just love it. Reminds me of the one time I lived in Mexico.

Maybe I should change my blog name to "Rosie Loves Poncho" instead of "Rosie Loves Whitley".

I'm so dorky sometimes.
But onto more important things: there is other awesome, new stuff at the Whitley Store - so after clicking on the above poncho link, skip around the rest of the store to check out what's available.

Me and my obsessive self have been keeping tabs as best as possible on Whitley in France.
But all I could come up with was a cool yet brief article from Fashion Week '08 (similar to previous ones that I've posted, but this one's different)... check it out - even includes a pic of cute Selena Gomez:

Stimulus or stimulate?

What I find stimulating about Whitley Kros is her continuous spontaneity - her energy and spirit do much to keep me on my toes.

Lounging in Australia and now off to Paris - oh I can only imagine...ahhhhh....

Good to know that despite the well-published "economic crisis," there are yet many of us out there that are still keeping on and staying involved and productive, and not letting such doomsday headlines get us down.

I for one was able to indulge and do some shopping this past month - and you ask, what's my fave Whitley Kros store item for this week?

Well how cute is this one? Over there to the right...Bongo Tee

I love to throw some dark colors into the mix from time to time.

Ugh, I am so exhausted from a very involved Valentine's Day weekend.

But I did want to get on here and mention that yes, for the record, Whitley Kros is indeed still in Bondi Beach - basking in the sun and doin' her thing until...well who knows when...

I'm not sure where she'll be next, but I'm staying on my toes. Could be that she shows up to the Oscars, but hey, who knows....

You know I mentioned this at another virtual spot where I was ranting and raving about Whitley, but I just have to note this here...this top is the most cutest thing ever (photo up top).

I need like 10 of those in assorted colors in my closet right now! Well you can also get one or more if you wanted to by visiting the store. :)))) Much, much more there though than just Balmain.... enjoy - and be back later.

Sun is fun...and more fashion = more passion...

Ahhhh - finally it's warming up outside. Well at least it's warm and sunny out here in Florida...86 degrees, can't beat that.

Whitley is probably getting some sun on Bondi Beach in Sydney right now...nice and warm in Australia.

Speaking of warm, nothing gets me quite as warm and fuzzy inside as a great Whitley Kros article...check out this one that was posted at Racked LA:

Fashion Week was a good week for Whitley! Here's to more fashion shows.

More fun press to look on later... but in the meantime, put some passion into your wardrobe and add something new to your collection by stopping here: Whitley online store with cute clothes galore. :))) Gosh I love her.

A Passion for Fashion

After a short hiatus this past week, I've resumed my favorite hobby of keeping as close an eye as possible on Whitley Kros....alas, I've had a bit of difficulty in tracking down my wandering muse.

Soooo, I thought it'd be fun to travel back in time and re-visit some of the awesome articles that have been written about the fashion line:

Vogue did a catwalk report on Whitley's debut at the 2008 L.A. Fashion Week - click here to read the full article.

And how about Wall Street Journal's coverage of Fashion Week...

There are many more articles to share, but I will cover more of these later.

On another note, I am sooooo excited about the Whitley store. What can I say? Women's clothing at it's finest; most eclectic; most evolved; see for yourself and pay a visit and tell me what you think!

What's your favorite piece? This is my fave of the week:
